We're just as obsessed with your four legged friends as you are. MGM Springfield gladly offers dog friendly rooms so your pup won't miss out on any belly rubs or midday cuddles while you're traveling.
Guidelines
Up to two dogs are allowed per room, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
Per dog, there is a $100 per night charge plus tax for standard rooms and a $150 per night charge plus tax for suites. These charges will be applied to your account.
Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: food and beverage outlets, pool area (except as passing through).
Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites and the designated outdoor dog park located on property.
If you require Housekeeping services, please contact our Housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for service.
Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dog on Hotel property. Pet relief areas are outlined below.
Dogs must be fully house trained.
We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call our Housekeeping department immediately.
One dog per room, max weight of 40lbs.
Pets must be registered at the front desk and a form signed.
Dog cannot be left unattended in room at any time unless placed in a carrier or kennel. If a guest complains of a dog barking you will be called to return to your room.
