MGM Springfield does offer room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails. Please contact MGM Springfield Reservations at 1-888-646-3387 for additional information.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at MGM Springfield. The credit card holder must also be 21 years of age.
Self-Parking is available and free of charge for all hotel guests. Guests may also choose to park in Valet for a fee.
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, however you may store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is prepared. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-out and early check-in requests are based upon occupancy and availability. Additional charges may apply.
The MGM Resorts Mobile App has a variety of features, including mobile check-in and check-out.

A $20.00 daily resort fee plus applicable tax is applied to each hotel reservation and will include amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at MGM Springfield. The resort fee includes: In-room high speed internet & Wi-Fi, unlimited local/toll free calls, access to adult-only fitness room, pool, spa and select business center services.
MGM Springfield gladly offers dog friendly rooms. Up to two dogs are allowed with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds. A charge per night, per dog, plus tax for the room or suite will be applied to your account. Your dog cannot be left unattended in your guest room at any time unless placed in a kennel or carrier. Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for service dogs, are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through. A $150 incidental amount per day ($300 per day for suites) will be required upon check-in. Pre-paid cards are not accepted for room and tax or deposits.
Rooms and suites are non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in your non-smoking accommodation, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $300 for rooms and $500 for suites charged to your hotel account, plus applicable taxes. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We have designated smoking areas outside (but use of marijuana and/or hookahs is prohibited in both smoking and non-smoking areas).
All of our rooms include the following amenities: Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Refrigerators are upon request for a fee. Coffee makers are not supplied in the room, however complimentary coffee is available in the coffee pantry on the second floor of the hotel.
The Hotel has an outdoor heated pool, open from 9:00 PM - 9:00 PM during the season.

No, unfortunately we don’t have microwaves here.
Late check-outs are offered for a fee and are based upon availability. A fee is also applied for unauthorized late check-outs depending on the time of departure. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
Yes, we have cribs available for a fee of $20 per stay, based upon availability. Please contact Housekeeping for more information.
Yes, we have roll-a-way beds available for a fee of $40 plus tax per night, based upon availability. Rollaways are only available in our suites. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
Use of marijuana (weed), including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at all MGM Resorts properties notwithstanding approval of recreational use in Massachusetts. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places. Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms at MGM Springfield, consistent with the discretion afforded private property owners under the State law authorizing use of recreational marijuana in non-public places. Notably all of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking of any substance in those rooms is prohibited. If use of marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy.
Wheelchairs are complimentary and scooter rentals are available for $35 (plus tax) daily at the coat check, on a first come first serve basis for Hotel Guests. No deposit or cancellation fee.
